    What about just using something like this? Sure the cable is a bit larger in diameter, but should work well?

    is there a significant difference in quality with a larger gauge wire? i know we want the smallest, most flexible cable that we can build but would a larger wire yield better results?

    not really, there's no current issues to worry about at the impedance we are dealing with.

    Here's my effort. I used a couple of s/h bought Monster cables from a DIYMA member and Monster Turbine plugs from ebay, cheap. They started like this:

    What's everyone's thoughts on the "Time Correct" feature? I personally don't think much of it, tbh.
