    Real 80's music

So many people associate the 80's with A Flock of Seagulls, Devo, Culture Club, The Human League, Duran Duran, I could go on all day... well there was a LOT of good music in the 80's.

Obviously The Police, Van Halen, AC/DC, Michael Jackson, Rush, Bowie, lots of well established bands had big hits and great music during the 80's. Hell, Another Brick in the Wall is an 80's song and it's one of the greatest of all time.

This thread is about songs that were from the 80's but still rocked it and I enjoy to this day. Some are obscure, some you are going to say "well no shit Jason, durrr". These are just a few, like I said before I could go on all day with this shit. I love music, which in turn is why I love car audio.

And finally one I've never been able to play loud enough to suit me...

Big log. I live in the place where Allison and Viktor Krauss came from so we get some of the more obscure stuff. Viktor is her brother and is the bass player for Lyle Lovett.

One of Viktors solo albums had a cover of Big Log, Allison sang, it's spellbinding.

Beertender!! Another round! And one for my horse.

And the only Stairway to Heaven remake that I can actually listen to, because it's good.

Awesomeness. I absolutely love 80's music. Most of it is pure cheese but there are others that are legitimately good. I like em both.

I can't view all the videos you posted at work right now so if you posted these, forgive me. Ill delete later.

How about the birth of Industrial.

Not techically industrial but it fits here.

Live version. You know you're hot shit when you're making a 12 string electric covered in Duck Tape sound like that. Chad should appreciate that.

Just because you don't understand the data doesn't mean it's not relevant.

That nearly mimics my high school music selection. I also went through a huge phase of this:

    Oh, and this REALLY rocked...

It especially fits here because of the Goonies clip.

Buffalo Stance... Now we're talking. These were some of my favorite demo songs of the time...

I had forgot how smoking hot Appolonia was.
