Vifa OT19NC00 2/3" Ring Radiator Tweeter

Vifa OT19NC00 2/3" Ring Radiator Tweeter available at Madisound for $18.85. The absence of a face plate should allow for creative installs. Though as with most ring radiators, off axis performance is not that great.

I saw them but honestly never really liked the sound of the Vifa RR....it does open up some install possibilities though

    Welcome Omar!

The alpine version of the xt19 was horrible crossed below 4khz, but I see the fs on this one is ~1khz... wonder how that translates to how well it sounds crossed below 4khz. (actually, I wonder what the alpine xt19 fs is)

Definitely an interesting product for install-ease alone, though.

Maybe as a coax mod or TM on a 3" that is moderately mounted off axis. The 30 degree off axis plot does look pretty good in the range where a 3" would start tapering off when mounted off axis.

you assume I was going to take the time to look that up myself. lol. ;)

but, interesting that the fs is so low on that particular tweeter. It sure didn't seem like it was happy playing below 4khz at any kind of respectable volume.

Had to use a lazer with the Polk SR derivatives placed in the sails. Which, of course, necessitates your head being strapped in, getting some of those big ol haulin' mirrors, not looking to make turns, etc.....and enjoy. ;)
