How large of a sealed box for a driver with the following specs?

    6-1/2" Woofer 4 Ohm

Specifications: *Power handling: 50 watts RMS/75 watts max *VCdia: 1-3/8" Le: 0.66 mH *Impedance: 4 ohms *Re: 3.52 ohms *Frequency response: 58-5,000 Hz *Fs: 58 Hz *SPL: 86.5 dB 1W/1m *Vas: 0.36 cu. ft. *Qms: 3.84 *Qes: 0.71 *Qts: 0.60 *Xmax: 3 mm

How large of a (vehicle) test box should I construct to give me a smooth response from 100hz -> 450hz. Currently running 3rd order crossover on both ends.

I have no idea where to begin trying to spec this out.

I used WinISD... 0.4ft^3 is flat in the range I need... 0.25ft^3 has a rise curve of only about 2db. Any smaller than 0.25ft^3 it really starts to peak around 250hz. What it tells me I don't know.

Also firing from a door location, or from a kick panel location what kind of cabin gain can one expect from 100-450hz?
